1. Eligibility

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. You may request a refund within 30 days of delivery if the product is unopened, in its original sealed packaging, and in resalable condition.

2. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund, please:

  • Contact our support team at support@meridianpeptides.com with your order number
  • Provide a brief description of the reason for the return
  • Wait for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping
  • Ship the product back in its original packaging using a trackable shipping method

3. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method. Please note that your bank may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refund:

  • Products that have been opened, reconstituted, or used
  • Products returned without an RMA number
  • Products returned after the 30-day window
  • Shipping costs (unless the return is due to our error)

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage or discrepancy. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost, including return shipping.

6. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product or variant, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
