How to Return a Product

Contact Support
Email support@meridianpeptides.com with your order number and reason for return.

Receive RMA Number
Our team will review your request and issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 1–2 business days.

Ship Your Return
Pack the product securely in its original packaging and ship using a trackable method. Include the RMA number on the outside of the package.

Refund Processed
Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Eligible for Return
- Unopened, sealed products
- Products in original packaging
- Within 30 days of delivery
- Damaged items (photo required)
- Incorrect items received
Not Eligible for Return
- Opened or reconstituted products
- Products without RMA number
- Returns after 30-day window
- Products not in original packaging
- Shipping costs (unless our error)
