Shipping issues & replacements

If it arrived broken,we'll fix it.

Our policy is narrow on purpose. Once a vial leaves our chain of custody we can't verify how it was stored, handled, or transported — so we don't accept returns into stock. We do cover anything that goes wrong on the way to your bench.

What we cover

FREE / REPLACEMENT

Damaged on arrival

Broken vial, compromised lyophilized cake, or visibly damaged packaging. Email photos within 48 hours of delivery and we'll ship a free replacement.

FREE / REPLACEMENT

Lost in transit

Carrier scan stalls, package marked delivered but never arrives, or stuck in a depot for more than 7 business days. We'll work with the carrier and ship a replacement at no charge.

FREE / REPLACEMENT

Wrong item shipped

We packed the wrong compound or the wrong dose. Reply with photos and we'll send the correct vial out the same business day.

We review the claim

Our team reviews the photos and the carrier scan history. Most claims are approved within one business day.

03 / STEP

Replacement ships

Approved claims ship a replacement at no charge — including return shipping if the carrier needs to recover the original package.

What we don't cover

  • 01Change of mind, buyer's remorse, or no-longer-needed compounds.
  • 02Anything reported more than 48 hours after delivery.
  • 03Products that have been opened, reconstituted, or used.
  • 04Damage caused by storage conditions after delivery (vials left at room temperature, exposure to light, etc.).
  • 05Returns shipped back to us without an approved claim and replacement label — we can't accept these into stock.
